Suncoast Perfusion Services was established in 1998 in Naples, FL. We offer a complete, customized suite of services that positively affects patients, staff and your bottom line. Our staff is highly experienced in all procedures they perform and are educated in the field of healthcare. We are available for your facility 24/7, 365 days a year.

Raelene Totterdale, RN, MSN

Raelene Totterdale, President and CEO, co-founded Suncoast Perfusion Services in 1998. She is currently a member of the AABB and President of The National Board of Perioperative Blood Management. Prior to establishing Suncoast, Raelene worked as an RN with open heart patients, was a case manager for surgical patients and also worked in Quality Management at a prestigious hospital. In her spare time, Raelene enjoys riding horses with her triplet daughters and watching Steelers games with her husband and son. She also volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a Community Bank Steering Committee.

Bruce Totterdale, CCP

Bruce Totterdale VP and Director of Perfusion Division also co-founded Suncoast in 1998. Prior to that he was a Chief Perfusionist and helped to establish a new open heart program in south Florida.
Bruce is an advent runner and enjoys 8K and relay marathons.

Robert Chalmers, EMT-P, CA, MHSA, ACHE, SHRM

Robert Chalmers, COO has been with Suncoast Perfusion Services since 2005. Prior to becoming COO, Robert was the Regional Manager for the state of Florida. Robert has extensive education in Blood Management and has been a true asset to the customers of Suncoast Perfusion Services.

Anna Martin, District Manager, Palm Beach County

Anna Martin, District Manager of Palm Beach County District 5, has been with Suncoast Perfusion since early 2022. With an extensive educational background in biology and medicine, previous experience working in ER and Cath Lab and almost a decade of experience in the financial industry as well as graphic design and marketing, Anna brings valuable expertise to Suncoast Perfusion. She is currently enrolled at Florida Atlantic University with a major in Medical Biology. In her spare time, Anna enjoys SCUBA diving, traveling, photography, and spending time at the beach.
